Welcome to the blog of a one-woman-pipe-dream-chasing-band. I am escaping from the grey near-death of office work into the world of colour, texture, weather (probably mostly rain, if we're being honest), seasons and physical toil!

I'm going to be an itinerant farm-hand, working for my keep and learning skills through the WWOOF scheme, before hopefully landing some amazing long-term thing and living out the rest of my days in a bucolic paradise somewhere...  Well you never know eh?!

The plan is to start off in the south-west of England, then ferry over to France and maybe Portugal following that. Will I just be drifting around like the littlest hobo until my money runs out? Probably, but I'm keeping an open mind - if I find a place I want to rest my head a bit longer then I may just stay in it (hopefully that won't be the very first place though 'cause that would make for a pretty boring blog).

This here is where I intend to keep a record of my journey, yee-ha!
